The Wyoming Art Show is one of Greater Cincinnati/southwest Ohio’s premiere juried Art Shows and Competitions, held annually the third Sunday in May, in historic Wyoming, Ohio (Cincinnati area).

  • Over $5,000 in professionally judged cash awards annually, with $500 Best of Show.
  • Our reputation and publicity ensure a sophisticated and enthusiastic buying public.
  • Distinctive Food Court offerings, FREE children’s art activities and great music.
  • More than 125 juried exhibitors from more than seven states participate annually.
  • Qualified returning artists pay no jury fees (see details below).
  • Our tree-lined streets provide ample shade for artists.
  • Attention to the needs of the artists:
        • Load in/out from vehicle
        • Refreshments provided during setup
        • Artists’ reception including award presentation and refreshments at conclusion of show
        • Professionally judged competition included in booth exhibit fees
  • Artists may choose to enter competition only.
  • Free parking, Free admission . . . thousands of enthusiastic patrons.

Acceptance

  • Notification will be sent no later than 3/25/2018.
  • There is no quota system for each media, however, we reserve the right to create balance for the show.
  • Booth entry fees for new artists and artists in rejuried categories must be paid by 4/7/2018.

Waitlist

  • Each year over 10% of our spaces are filled from our waitlist.
  • Artists placed on our waitlist will be notified in the jury results correspondence.
  • We will make every effort to contact you as soon as we know about cancellations.

Important information for artists

  • All work must be of the artist’s own creation.
  • No manufactured or commercially made or assembled items will be permitted in the show.
  • One artist only per space. Artists who collaborate may apply together in one booth.
  • Applicant may exhibit and compete in only one category per entry fee.
  • The artist presence during the show is required. Representatives may not attend in place of the artist.
  • Artists are responsible for setting up and dismantling their display.
  • Artists not prepared at the appropriate time for judging of awards will not be considered.
  • Artists are responsible for all sales transactions and payment of all sales taxes.
  • Outside selling space is assigned by the committee.

Free 2018 Wyoming Art Show tee-shirt

All accepted artists receive a FREE 2018 Wyoming Art Show tee shirt the day of the show. Additional tee shirts are available for purchase; order information will be sent with acceptance information.


Cancellation policy

Refunds for cancellations received by 4/20/2018 will be made for entry fee minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be made after that date.
